Proposed 2017 Bond Projects for
Boswell High School include:

• Replace orchestra pit cover
• Outdoor lighting to band practice area
• Replace auditorium seats (not replaced during previous renovations)
• Additional security cameras
• Replace sound system in gym
• Refinish gym floors
• Replace rooftop units
• Roof replacements and repairs
• Exterior improvements, signage, fencing and paving

Athletics Addition and Renovation to meet
program and enrollment needs and bring
to new high school standard:

• Add synthetic turf to baseball and softball fields
• Add synthetic turf to minor competition field
• Replace gymnastics floor
• Replace synthetic turf on main competition field and repair base
• Replace tennis court windscreens
• Resurface track
• Stadium renovations to provide distinctive entrances and ticket booths on both the home and visitor sides, new visitor concessions and restrooms
• Expanded locker rooms, turf room, weight room and training areas
  These areas have not been touched in previous campus renovations

• Exterior improvements, signage and fencing
• Add synthetic turf to baseball and softball fields
• Add synthetic turf to minor competition field
• Replace synthetic turf on main competition field
• Resurface tennis courts and replace windscreens
• Resurface track

Proposed 2017 Bond Projects for
Eagle Mountain High School include:

• In the next four years, the District’s high schools will be at or near capacity. The 2017 bond will fund the construction of the District’s fourth comprehensive high school to accommodate the growing District.
• Eagle Mountain High School will be located off Bond Ranch Road near the new Boat Club Road extension that is planned. Demographer projections estimate that 9,000 future homes will be built in this area. The District purchased 140 acres for the high school site through a previous bond program.
• The planning and design process will begin in 2019, and the campus is projected to open in 2024.
• Demographic projections predict that at ultimate build-out the District will be at a maximum of four high schools. The opening of Eagle Mountain High School will assist the District in reaching pure feeder patterns at ultimate build-out.
