This session was presented by Alora M. Wachholz, City of º£½ÇÖ±²¥ Economic Development Director, and covered the City of º£½ÇÖ±²¥'s new efforts for beautification and economic development initiatives. 

This session was presented by Templeton Demographics and covered recent and expected area population growth, projected student enrollment, upcoming residential developments and construction, recent home sales numbers and what realtors can expect in the near future for home sales.  

This session was presented by Orasi Development and covered insights into the area's newest and upcoming commercial developments, such as retail and entertainment, that would appeal to prospective new homeowners, recent trends in the local economy, as well as an economic forecast for 2019. It provided a quick glance at the state of the local economy.  

The keynote speech during the luncheon was presented by Dr. Jim F. Chadwell, EMS ISD Superintendent, and covered the great things happening in EMS ISD and why potential home owners should consider buying a home in the Eagle Mountain-º£½ÇÖ±²¥ boundary lines. Current and future projects funded by bonds were also covered.
