All students must register for courses through MyTCCTrack, the TCC registration system. Counselors at CTHS cannot register students for TCC courses.

MyTCCTrack Registration Instructions for Dual Credit Courses

The screenshots should help guide you through the process. Please remember dual credit courses are tuition free. Please ignore the payment step on the instructions. If you are taking ECON 2301, you will need to follow the payment instructions to pay the digital textbook fee that was added to the tuition. For all other courses, course materials are purchased separately by the student.

You will need to register for the specific courses listed below as these are classes that have been specially built for EMS ISD dual credit students. The course number (ex: ENGL 1301) signifies the course name, the section number (ex:84202) signifies the section number which identifies the course as a dual credit course for EMS ISD students. 

1. You must complete the TCC application, meet all TCC enrollment requirements, including meeting the TSIA2 testing requirements.
2. If you are taking an online course, you must complete and pass the TCC Online Readiness Assessment 24 hours prior to registration. If you have already completed an online course through TCC with a “C” or better, there is no need to re-take this assessment. You cannot enroll in online courses without passing this assessment. It can be taken at home on a computer with Internet connection. 3. If you are taking a face-to-face course on a TCC campus, you must provide TCC a current meningitis vaccination record. This record must be submitted to the TCC Registrar’s Office. There is no need for the vaccination record for online courses or courses on an EMS ISD campus. 
4. If you did not enter your Social Security Number when completing your Apply Texas application, you may need to provide your SSN card to the TCC Registrar’s Office to update your record.
